National Shoot to Retrieve Champion of Champions Trial held in Amo, IN.


The following is a synopsis of Stockley Kennels involvement
in the 2001 National Shoot to Retrieve Champion of Champions trial held in Amo, IN..

Ch. Demarest Orchard's Too ran Wednesday, April 25th on A Field in the 7th brace. Only 8 advanced to the semi-elimination round on Friday. Jed was one of them. "Jed" is owned by George Demarest of Hillsdale, N.J. and was handled by Neil Lessard

Also on the A Field on Wednesday in the 9th brace, Stonegate Rolex owned by Fred Gray of Eastville, Va. was handled by Neil Lessard. Eight dogs advanced to Friday's semi-elimination round. Rolex took First place on A Field this day. Congradulations team.

Also running on Wednesday, April 25th on the B Field, 2x Ch. Demarest Orchard's Tim owned by George Demarest of Hillsdale, N.J., and handled by Neil Lessard advanced to Friday's semi-elimination round and ended up third place for the day on B Field. Congradulations team. This is Tim's first National placement and only his third time in a National Trial

On Thursday, April 26th also on the B Field, 4x Ch. Sugar Run Gee, out of 6x Ch. Blast Big Mac and Stockley's Queen owned and handled by Fred Gray ran in the 9th brace.

Also running on Thursday in the new C Field that just opened this year was Ch. Hunting Creek Spider owned by Dick Hance of Huntingtown, Md., Mid-Atlantic Region. Spider was handled by Neil Lessard and came in second place on that field for the day. Congradulations team. All fields took the top 8 dogs to Friday's semi-elimination round.

Congradulations on all five entered dogs and their owners who advanced to Fridays competition.

Congradulations to Fred Gray and Stonegate Rolex for placing in the top 12.
